===  Eligibility to Join === 
The requirements to join the AD are:

(1) C2 status and 120+ days (continuous) as a member of Signal Cartel

(2) A strong active presence in the Signal Cartel community

(3) A working knowledge of Tripwire

(4) Demonstrated ESRC activity (100+ tends/sows minimum)

(5) A working knowledge of wormhole mechanics

(6) An interview with the division manager, Tamayo.

If you have an alt(s), whether in SC or non-SC, that you want to have access to the AD structures, you must discuss with Tamayo. Non-SC alts must be members of an NPC corporation or Crikey Freight unless discussed with Tamayo. Any AD member found using unauthorized alts within the AD WH will be removed from the division.
