A Quartermaster works with Leadership and other members to manage inventory in the corporation hangars. When stock runs low, they see that it is replenished. They also oversee the corporation contracts for fitted T1 alpha friendly exploration frigates, ESRC supplies, fireworks, and other items made available to membership from their respective station. When a special event is organized that needs non-ordinary contracts available for participants, Quartermasters will ensure these contracts are available for the duration of the event.

Station Quartermasters

Quartermasters are assigned by Leadership and require a minimum of six months in corporation with active engagement and demonstration of initiative in other areas.

Corporation Hangars

Access to the hangars opens up for C2 and above.

Shared Stuff
  • C2’s can access.
  • This is the place where you can pick up the stuff you may need including ships! C2’s are able to take most items, while other items are viewable but locked. For locked items, please contact the Station Quartermaster (QM).
  • You’ll also see other containers to help the QM organize our stuff.
  • Lastly, if you wish to donate supplies to the corp - you’ll see a container called *Donations* so feel free to drop items in there. Fitted ships can be dropped directly into the Shared Stuff hangar.
Reserved
  • No access.
  • Formerly known as Doctrine Ships.
  • Currently reserved for future use.
QM Inventory
  • C2’s can view.
  • Used by the Station Quartermaster (QM) to organize, assemble, and stage inventory.
  • If you see something you need here, feel free to ask.
Skillbooks
  • C2’s can view.
  • Used by the QM to organize skillbooks and New Player Welcome Packages.
  • If you see something you need here, feel free to ask.

  • No access.
Directors Closet
  • No access.
  • SC skeletons. You don’t want to know... ;)

Quartermaster Duties

The duties of a Quartermaster include setting up corporation contracts and keeping the hangars stocked.

Corporation Contracts

The following should always be available on corporate contracts:

  • 5 x Shuttle (any combination of racial variants)
  • 5 x Station Container
  • Each type of Starter Exploration Frigates – T1 modules
    • 5 x Starter Probe
    • 5 x Starter Magnate
    • 5 x Starter Imicus
    • 5 x Starter Heron
  • 5 x Starter ESRC Supplies (5x pack), each should contain:
    • 5 x Small Secure Container
    • 5 x Core Probe Launcher I
    • 40 x Core Scanner Probe I
    • 5 x fun item
  • 5 x Firework Supplies, each should contain:
    • 1 x Festival Launcher
    • 50 x Firework
    • 50 x Firework
    • 50 x Firework

Depending on the login frequency and contract expected turnover for each type on each station, Quartermasters can make minor changes to the amounts of each type of supply available by contracts. Additionally, on expected special events where having items available for participants is revealed to be more practical via contracts, Quartermasters can either bump up the numbers of available standard contracts or create new ones tailored to said events needs.

Corporation Hangars

  • Shared Stuff should contain station containers for:
    • Donations
    • Blueprints
    • Boosters
    • Fireworks
    • Skillbooks
  • Quartermaster Inventory
    T1 exploration frigate hulls and parts should be stored in here. There should also be enough of each type of frigate fitted up in stock at all times so people with access can put one up on contracts when there is a need, even if they are in another part of New Eden.
    Station Containers for contracts can also be stored here.
  • ESRC Inventory
    The purpose of this hangar is to collect and store supplies for our EvE-Scout Rescue Cache program.
    Supplies should include the following:
    • Small Secure Containers
    • Core Probe Launcher Is
    • Core Scanner Probes Is
    • Misc fun items (Snowballs, Quafe, Spiced Wine, etc)
    • 5 x Assembled Small Secure Containers as follows:
      • Container renamed to “EvE-Scout Rescue Cache - Stranded in this wormhole? Request help in the EvE-Scout Channel.”
      • 1 x Core Probe Launcher I
      • 8 x Core Scanner Probe 1s
      • 1 type of fun item
