* The [[FOD:Fleet_Operations_Division | Fleet Ops Division (FOD)]] is a group of Signaleers with varying levels of experience in commanding, supporting, and participating in fleet operations; the goal is for all of us to improve our skills, build confidence, “try on” new roles in a safe environment and have some fun with our corpmates along the way.  Participating in Fleets is also a terrific way to meet your fellow Signaleers, create lasting bonds and shared memories!  Remember, Signal Cartel fleets are PvE only.

# Sign up for the fleet (to let us know you're coming!)
# Find out the Fleet Doctrine (this will be listed in the Fleet Op Announcement) and then pick which ship you will be flying in the fleet.
# If needed, train the necessary skills to fly your chosen ship.
