==== When is a loss covered? ====
To be eligible for reimbursement, losses must meet all of the following criteria:
* Happened in a J-system for which a Search and Rescue request was currently opened, or it happened while scanning adjacent systems to the J-system
* Did not happen while sowing/tending caches as part of the EvE-Scout Rescue Cache program. The '''SAR SRP''' is specifically for ship losses while working Search and Rescue requests only.
* The loss was not a result of unrelated PVE or unsanctioned PVP in accordance with the Credo and corp policies.
* A loss has not already been claimed by the pilot for the particular rescue operation
* The killmail must be sent to Angel Lafisques in-game (or Angel’s designee) for validation
* The loss was incurred by an active member in good standing in Signal Cartel/EvE-Scout Enclave, and not by an out-of-corp alt
* The ship lost was outfitted for Anoikis rescue
