Welcome to the EVE Echoes (EE) Chapter of Signal Cartel!
In-game Ticker: I420 (starting with a capital letter "i" because the game requires a letter and the ticker can only be 4 characters long, therefore "1420." wasn't possible)
Once you join Signal Cartel in EVE Echoes, Leadership will add the title "Echoes Scout" to your character in EVE Online to help identify EE members and also for activity tracking purposes.
