== Policy ==
Fleet Operations Division (FOD) has instituted the following policy regarding voice communications during its various events:

* Every Signaleer will be required to have a '''functioning microphone''' and to submit themselves to a voice check before undock.  '''Failure to comply will prevent you from participating.'''

* Some pilots use Discord on their phones along with earbuds and an integrated microphone and, while this is not ideal, it is an acceptable solution.

== Rationale == 
* This decision stems from two main objectives the FOD would like to accomplish:
** Improve player interactions during our fleets.
** Reach an acceptable standard of OpSec.
