''Updated December YC121'' The Fleet Ops Division Ship Replacement Program (FOD SRP) is an initiative to encourage participation in our PvE combat fleets. The program is intended to help new pilots fly with us and to promote the use of doctrine ships that benefit the entirety of our fleet. The FOD SRP is separate from the Signal Cartel Ship Replacement Program. Because FOD PvE fleets are ISK-making, they are ineligible for the corporate SRP. More information about the official Signal Cartel SRP can be found here. '''Ship replacement is subject to the guidelines below:''' ==Use of Doctrine Alpha-friendly T1 fitted DPS and Logi ships for fleets== (FOD maintains an inventory of loaner ships for use during PvE fleets. The ships are T1 fully fitted (including ammo) and Alpha-friendly. If you would like to use one of our loaner ships, please notify the FC of the specific operation. Loaner ships are distributed via trade in the formup station beginning 30 minutes prior to fleet undock. At the conclusion of the operation, please return your loaner ship to the FC via trade at the dockup station. In the alternate, you can contract your loaner ship to FOD admins. We ask that you please return all loaner ships within 48 hours of operation conclusion.) ==Payouts for personal ship losses in FOD Fleets; to be eligible for payout, all losses must meet the following criteria== * The loss occurred during a PvE fleet hosted by FOD; * The loss was a Doctrine ship appropriately fitted for the PvE fleet. Losses for inappropriate fits are not eligible for payout; "bling" fits and faction ships will only be covered up to the T2 value of said fit. (Scouts, Salvagers and specialized roles are eligible regardless of fittings but only up to T2 value of said fit, granted that no doctrine fit is available for the aforementioned roles.) * A loss has not already been claimed by the pilot for the particular PvE fleet operation. Payouts are limited to one loss per pilot per fleet; * Pilot demonstrated reasonable effort. Losses resulting from reckless or inappropriate behaviour and/or in conflict with FC instructions are not eligible for payout; * If the fleet is occurring in a C5 or higher wormhole, you will only be eligible if you broadcasted for reps in an appropriate and timely manner prior to your loss - no broadcast, no SRP; * Pilot has correctly and completely completed the FOD Ship Replacement Form, including a link to Zkillboard; * The loss was not the result of unrelated PvE or unsanctioned PvP in accordance with The Credo and Signal Cartel corporate policies. * '''No payouts will be made for losses of FOD loaner ships.''' ==SRP Payout Coverage== * Hulls, modules and rigs are eligible for payout. Payouts are based on the replacement value of the ship at Jita sell prices up to the maximum allowable amount. (the maximum allowable amount will be determined based on a Doctrine ship appropriately fitted for the PvE fleet in which the loss occurred.) * Lost loot, implants and pods are not eligible for payout. ==Funding of the FOD SRP Program== This program will be funded by proceeds from PvE fleet operations: ten percent (10%) of FOD PvE fleet earnings (before distributions) will be retained to establish the fund; once the fund is established (defined as covering the cost of replacing our entire loaner fleet), we will only take a single share of the payout. (e.g: payout will be split in 11 equal shares for 10 fleet participant)<br><br> Donations to the FOD SRP are always welcome. Please send donations to the Corp Wallet "Donations" account with the remark "For FOD SRP Fund."<br><br> The Fleet Ops Division Ship Replacement Program is subject to change as more information about its use is obtained. Simplification, transparency, and sustainability are key factors in administering this program. {{:FodPageFooter}}
