Ghost Site Fits
Hacking Ghost Sites can be very profitable, but they come with a unique set of dangers that make them stand out from other "safe" data and relic sites that you may encounter. Namely, the penalty for failing a hack is significant explosive damage, and a number of rats that "you can't handle in your exploration ship™" will show up on a timer. The combination of these two threats means that if you are mid-hack when the rats appear, you have a problem.
The fits presented here attempt to solve the issue by way of OP explosive tank. Being able to tank a single can explosion will allow you to either fail a can and limp away to hack another day, or bail immediately when rats show up on grid (even if you are mid-hack).
Before we get into it, let's lay out the explosive damage that needs to be tanked. This data comes from the EvE University wiki page on Ghost Sites:

The following fits are designed to tank a single can explosion, but in addition to the actual fit you will need to have your skills up. The best way to test whether these fits will work for you is to load them up in Pyfa and check for EHP against straight explosive incoming damage. The displayed EHP will tell you which Ghost sites you can safely explore.

Astero[edit]
This fit features sub-2 second align time and enough EHP to tank a superior ghost site can (skills willing). EM drones are included in case you fail a regular data or relic hack while looking for Ghost sites in the drone regions (this will trigger a few drone rats), and EC drones for help escaping PvP.
Skills all at "V" should give you about 21.4k EHP against explosion, but be sure to check this fit against your own skills in Pyfa.

Helios[edit]
This fit loses the sub-2 second align time, but gains a nullifier. You may prefer this if you are exploring J-space and nullsec, but you will have to be on the ball when rats show up if you want to escape before they scram you.
No drones here, because #nullifier.
Skills all at "V" should give you about 15.4k EHP against explosion, but be sure to check this fit against your own skills in Pyfa.
