Heart of Quinn	Awarded to Signal Cartel members who over time demonstrate a combination of remarkable generosity toward, concern for, and mentoring of new players as exemplified by Signaleer Quinn Valerii, for whom this medal is named.
Lovable Grinch Award	There's one in every crowd!
Marshmallow Curmudgeon	Awarded to cranky, grumbling bittervets who still care enough to launch and oversee initiatives that benefit new players in particular and the corp as a whole.
Nerves of Steel	Awarded to Signal Cartel members who commit brazen acts of courage in the face of overwhelming danger.
Quantum Signal Booster	For extraordinary videos, guides, tools, and other creations that boost our presence and reputation in the New Eden community.
Shepherd Signaleer	For demonstrating consistent effort to share expertise and mentor others, especially new players.
Signal Booster	Awarded for special and/or creative initiatives to promote Signal Cartel in-game.
Signal Cartographer	Awarded to those who continually push the borders of and document the frontier, for the benefit and enlightenment of New Eden as a whole.
Signal Crest of Friendship	For actions exemplifing our ideals of friendship.
Signal Hot Shot	Awarded for showing exemplary initiative in support of corp programs within the first 30 days of membership.
Signal Igniter	Awarded to Signaleers whose conduct inspires materially positive responses from others in New Eden.
Signal Path Lighter	Awarded to those who organize memorial cyno and traditional fleets for notable capsuleers and others, to help light their way onward.
Signal Philosopher	For spreading love, happiness, and credo cheer among the troops.
Signal Pinch-Hitter	For cheerfully stepping in to fill the shoes of a benched comrade.
Signal Ringmaster	Awarded to recognize Signal Cartel members who organize and emcee special events in New Eden such as treasure hunts, races, competitions, or community service activities for the corp or the wider community of capsuleers.
Signal Services Offsite Operator	Awarded to a Signaleer whose call of duty exceeds game boundaries and who strives to assist through any means available despite being unable to log in.
Signal Shared Storyteller	Awarded for taking part in the group storytelling fun and making New Eden come to life in whole new ways.
Signal Solver	Awarded to pilots who on their own initiative solve problems or leverage opportunities in ways that benefit the corp as a whole.
Signal Star Creator	Awarded for taking the initiative in dreaming up and executing terrific content. "Be the content you want to see in Signal Cartel."
Signal Star of Honor	Awarded to Signaleers for actions demonstrating extraordinary integrity.
Sirius Hero	For demonstrating stellar performance and dedication on behalf of EvE-Scout.
Stellar Evolution	For displaying marked progress in developing knowledge of the game, skill capabilities, and confidence. This pilot knows how to fly sharp!
The Sagan Star of Distinction	Awarded for extraordinary accomplishments which demonstrate the true spirit of exploration.
The Signal Cartel	Awarded to those who exemplify the spirit of service that is at the heart of Signal Cartel and EvE-Scout, both in support of our service programs and in guidance and mentoring of corp members.
