Signal Cartel Academy (SCA) offers/requests for educational content are managed and posted through the EvE-Scout Enclave Discord server. Therefore, the SCA team would like to have a certain consistency in how these posts are presented, especially the title of the posts, so that they can be easily "picked up" by anyone browsing the 🗪education-need-offer Discord forum channel.

Please follow these guidelines when posting an offer/request:

• POST TITLE

[OFFER] - Topic of your session

[NEED] - Topic of your wanted session

• POST BODY
  • Must contain a time slot of whichever length the mentor feels appropriate, to be as flexible and negotiable (within reason) according to the mentor and mentee(s) needs.
  • Must mention the intended duration.
  • Must contain any specific requirement: fit, location in-game, specify the need to be in-game or not.
  • For [NEED] post, the mentee should specify their preferred timeslot.

NOTE: Please be sure to use the appropriate "Offer" or "Need" tag as well.

• Generally, the 🕪sca-auditorium voice channel on Discord shall be assumed as the default meeting place for any session. Other voice channels shall be used if that one is occupied, but be mindful of the OPSEC aspect, especially if the 🕪Public Comms voice channel is used.

• All sessions are to be conducted and be considered as official Corporation activities, therefore, subject to the Credo.

• Recording of the sessions is allowed, but should be agreed upon prior to the session starting by all parties involved, and treated according to OPSEC rules depending on the topic.

• A feedback system will eventually be put into place. Until that time, the SCA Admin Team will always be available to mentors and mentees for any questions or feedback.
