The Signal Cartel Academy is the educational division of Signal Cartel. It was established on 23 November 2019 (YC 121).

The aim of the Signal Cartel Academy (SCA) is to lay out a simple and efficient framework that enables access to the wealth of knowledge, skills, and expertise found within the Corporation. Our goal is to provide the needed tools to facilitate the meeting of mentors and students, where anyone can volunteer their time and knowledge - thus becoming a mentor - for the benefit of anyone - thus becoming a student - who feels they need guidance.

Operation

The Signal Cartel Academy facilitates interaction between potential mentors and students: its aim is to provide the necessary tools for the exchange of knowledge between players and to make sure that players are always encouraged to ask for help and are not too afraid to volunteer their knowledge for mentoring. But ultimately the Academy is a crowdsourcing endeavor which relies on everyone's participation to flourish.

SCA has dedicated channels on EvE-Scout Enclave Discord server (#sca-campus and #sca-auditorium) and a dedicated sub-section on the Forums. The Forums and Discord serve as the place for people to post their announcements and requests.
