== Scout Wing Composition and Fitting Guidelines == 
* At least 3 ships
* Ideal hulls are Astero, Pacifier, T2 Covops, Stratios (too large for C13s)
* All should be cloaky, ideally with a covops cloak
* At least one should have a data/relic analyzer in a mid slot.
* At least one should have an expanded probe launcher with combat scan probes.
* The remainder should have a scan strength of at least 105, maximised using sisters launchers, probes and scan rangefinding arrays.
* Warp speed should be at least 5AU/s
* Align times should be less than 2 seconds
* All scouts should carry a Noise-25 Needlejack filament, rescue cache supplies, nanite repair paste and a mobile depot.
