== What is the State of the Signal? ==
State of the Signal (SOTS) is intended to be reasonably regular updates about Signal Cartel and its goings-on from a Leadership perspective.  They are like taking the pulse of our corp's beating heart.  SOTS was started in 2015 by Mynxee, Signal Cartel's first CEO.

Previous SOTS are valuable in providing newer members with a sense of Signal Cartel's evolution since our January 31, 2015 launch.  Please note that except for our newest SOTS, policy- and program-related content may be obsolete due to decisions made later.
