What is the State of the Signal?[edit]
State of the Signal (SOTS) is intended to be reasonably regular updates about Signal Cartel and its goings-on from a Leadership perspective. They are like taking the pulse of our corp's beating heart. SOTS was started in 2015 by Mynxee, Signal Cartel's first CEO.
