I was going to mention the sleeper caches. I believe they are more valuable in low sec and then even moreso in null. But that's a "feels like" thing. But I think the blue loot is more valuable the lower the security status. Also the "what not to haul". You can very easily sort your cargo by value. It's more accurate to put it into some sort of appraisal tool, but the built in sort works well enough I think.

Response

Definitely needs checking and I'm now logging my results with Limited Sleeper Caches. What I've seen so far (two low-sec sites) would suggest no big variation and indeed others have mentioned the disappointing yield with recent runs. Much more data needed to come to any firm conclusions. I have seen from CCP's original patch notes for the sites that the ratio of Superior to Standard to Limited Data Caches swings towards the higher-class sites as you move from high- to low- to null-sec.

Bottom line: I'll leave the text as is, but am open to making changes based on further data.

As regards the use of sorting cargo by value -- that is a good point and I've updated the text to include that.

Corrections needed[edit]

  • Low-sec SCC data sites are L2 sigs, not L3.
  • Event sites: "Loot varies from space to space" -> "Loot varies from space to space, and even from region to region"

Response

Done.

Additional items for the loot table[edit]

Arachnis from https://forums.eve-scout.com/topic/10575/a-theran-market/9 :[edit]

Ooh me likey. I'd add power and logic circuits (high-value low-volume common pool loot) and maybe higher isk-to-volume ratio blue loot like AI Nexuses and Coordinates Databases if initial results look promising.

Response

All four now in the table.
