Signaleers who offer giveaways to out-of-corp members of the Eve Online community must not use Jita scam formats, like "ISK doubling." Third parties may assume that it is a scam and complain about it in public channels. This will damage Signal Cartel's reputation even if the Signaleer's intention was noble. Signal Cartel members must ensure that their generosity is not misconstrued.
